IEP Intervention
Comprehensive IEP Consultation
(Typical Comprehensive IEP Consultation involves approximately 5-8 billable hours, not including IEP attendance.)
- Thorough review of IEP, or for children without IEPs, a thorough review of existing documents (i.e. private evaluations, school
evaluation results, 504 plan, etc.) - 60-minute telephone consultation based on your prepared questions
IEP Intervention
- Thorough review of IEP and school district evaluation results/reports
- Written legal strategy addressing up to three special education law topics (i.e. placement, related services, eligibility, accommodations,
etc.) - 90-minute telephone consultation based upon the written legal strategy
Comprehensive IEP Consultation
- Thorough review of IEP, school district evaluation results/reports, private evaluation results/reports, correspondences, other records
- Written legal strategy addressing an unlimited amount of special education law topics
- General instruction in special education law fundamentals
- Open-ended telephone or in-person consultation, based upon the written legal strategy
- Attendance at IEP meeting, if appropriate
